Carlie Back, REALTOR®
Carlie grew up in western New York before attending Arizona State University. She received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the College of Business at ASU. After graduating, she worked in sales for several large corporations, including Motorola, Alltel, Bank of America, Browning Ferris, Paychecks, A.D.P., and others. In 1995, she received her Arizona Real Estate License.
Carlie is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, and has several professional designations, including ABR, Accredited Buyer Specialists, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Specialist. She is consistently expanding her knowledge of the industry through continued education and training.
She has made her home in the South Mountain Village since 1983, and believes that South Mountain Village and Laveen are two of the Valley’s best-kept secrets. The wonderful people, the beauty of South Mountain Park/Preserve, the rich history, the Japanese flower gardens, the citrus groves, spectacular views and proximity to downtown Phoenix were what attracted her to this special area that has now become a specialty.

Skyler Keyser, REALTOR®
Skyler is an Arizona native. Shortly after high school, he moved to Colorado then Texas to play junior ice hockey in the WSHL. Skyler is a “go-getter” at heart after hockey he decided to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2013 and is currently pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Arizona State University. Growing up playing ice hockey taught him the value of hard work, team work and commitment. He is a problem-solver, he is confident that he can meet the needs of any client.
When Skyler is not out showing clients homes, writing contracts or generating leads you will find him hiking, exploring the Sonoran Desert or traveling. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Bailey.

Laura was born and reared in Arizona. She grew up in the beautiful South Mountain Village and continues to reside in the area. She received a bachelor’s degree in Public Management from Northern Arizona University and a real estate license in 2006. She has a passion for community and heart for service. Her attention to detail has allowed her to excel in all aspects of her work in Real Estate. Laura’s role in this industry hasn’t been as a traditional agent, but in the all the moments in between. While others are playing the melody on a team, she is more often the harmony, supporting each client experience before they even know it, her touch is everywhere in the process.

Claudia is an Arizona native and grew up in the South Mountain Village, where she currently resides with her husband and four children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. She has always had a love for construction which lead her to begin her Real Estate career in 2011. Claudia’s vast knowledge from how to build a home from the ground up to assisting clients with the sale and purchase of their homes has been an asset to all who encounter her.
